Description
White core single A2 multi-aperture mount with 1 10×8″ and 6 6×4″ image apertures . These are sold in packs of 4. The board has a neutral ph non-acidic white core, which will stay white for the life time of the board. It is at the commended level of the Fine Art guild. These mounts are available in a range of colours. Our Colours have been restricted to the most popular colours we run.
Each of our multi-aperture mount designs has an outside measurement (Mount/Frame size) that is a standard size for framing, in this case A2″. This means that the end user will be able to buy a frame off the shelf if they need one and not have to have one specially made.
Our standard allowance of 3mm has been used for each aperture size. This is 3mm all the way around the print. So for example, for the 10×8” mount with 2 apertures of 6×4”, the actual aperture size is 5.75×5.75”. In effect, all apertures are one quarter of an inch smaller than stated.
