Deliveries

Our delivery charge is £7.00, plus VAT for Mainland UK. For The Highlands and Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland, delivery is £10. We have a minimum order of £20.00, plus carriage and VAT.

We can now offer goods to be delivered before noon the following day - please note this is from the day of dispatch, not the day the order is placed. This will incur an extra £5.00 to your delivery charge. Not available in the Highlands, Islands or Nothern or Southern Ireland.

Orders over £100.00 before VAT to UK Mainland are carriage free. To the Highlands and Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland, carriage free is £125.00.

We have been instructed by HMRC to charge VAT on carriage.

VAT is not charged on goods to the Channel Islands.

Our carrier is UK Mail. We pay for a 24 hour delivery service. For consignments further afield, specifically The Highlands and Islands and The Republic of Ireland, delivery can take between 48 and 72 hours.

The carrier is unable to guarantee next day delivery (or 48-72 hours where applicable), although they have over a 98% success rate.

Goods ordered will be dispatched within 5 working days. For example, goods order on a Friday before 2pm, will be dispatched by the following Thursday. During peak periods, dispatching may take an extra day.
